Return Policy (Physical Goods & Concierge Returns)

Service Provider Clarification: BeauteRun provides a premium courier and concierge service—we are not the seller or manufacturer of physical retail merchandise.
Store Receipts & Independent Returns
Clients will receive the original store receipt with their delivery and may process returns or exchanges independently, subject strictly to the original retailer's specific policies (e.g., store credit, cash, or refund to an alternative card).
Concierge Return Runs
If a retailer strictly requires the original purchasing payment method to issue a refund, the client may opt to book a 'Concierge Return Run' through the BeauteRun platform. Standard courier and service fees apply to all return trips. Upon successful return of the item to the retailer by our courier, BeauteRun will refund the client for the original cost of the physical merchandise.
Note: Delivery and service fees are strictly non-refundable.
